Graduates

We offer structured Graduate programs in each of our offices. Graduates rotate across practice groups, developing technical depth alongside in-house training, direct client exposure and hands-on experience with the Fai platform.

The programs are designed to produce lawyers who can think independently, work confidently with technology, and act with institutional rigour, not just complete tasks under instruction.

Clerkships
