Cassie acts for major financial institutions, government agencies, insolvency professionals and public and private organisations on contentious recovery, mortgage enforcement and insolvency assignments across Australia.

Her practice covers civil litigation across financial services disputes, mortgage and security enforcement, debt recovery and insolvency proceedings. She manages mortgage recovery actions through multiple court levels, advises on competing security and trust claims, and acts for liquidators and bankruptcy trustees in complex administrations.
