Specialist immigration practice joins Faculti Lawyers under the Faculti name

From today, Migration Solutions trades as Faculti Immigration.

Founded in 2001, the firm advises employers, industry bodies, skilled professionals and families on Australian visas and migration. Its work covers employer sponsorship and skilled visas, business and investor visas, family and partner visas, citizenship, and reviews and appeals. It has advised thousands of individuals and employers on their migration needs.

Immigration work is detailed and closely regulated. It also carries real consequences for the people involved. A business may be relying on a key hire arriving on time. A family may be planning their life around a decision they cannot speed up. The work has to be accurate and properly evidenced. Clients also need to know clearly where their matter stands.

Faculti Immigration now sits alongside Faculti Lawyers. Where a migration matter touches other legal questions, the two teams work together. Typical examples are a sponsoring employer’s workplace obligations, structuring behind a business or investor visa, or a matter that moves to review. Clients with their own legal advisers continue to work with them as before.
