Ben Lehman is the Chief Innovation Officer at Faculti Lawyers.
Ben studied law and computer science before commencing his career as a lawyer at leading international law firm Allens. He then moved to an in-house General Counsel role at Melbourne IT Limited.
Ben has a unique skill set, having studied and practiced law both in private practice and in-house, as well as studying computer science. He has particular experience in legal and technology services, software development and automation (including AI).
Ben co-created and developed legal automation trade mark registration company Applied Marks which was later acquired by global IP services firm IPH Limited.
Ben is leading the development of a new, bespoke, modern platform Fai to support new ways of working, both within the firm and together with clients, which utilises AI. It was awarded a finalist position in The Australian AI Awards in three categories: AI Innovator – Real Estate, AI Innovator – Legal Practice, and Best Use of Agentic AI.
