Biography

Joanne manages end-to-end, high-volume stream leasing across national portfolios, shopping centres and large-format retail, alongside individual property transactions. Her experience also includes residential and commercial property development, property acquisitions and sales, due diligence and conveyancing.

She acts for landlords and tenants across retail and commercial property. Her clients include several high-profile telecommunications carriers, one of Australia’s leading healthcare providers, a global integrated oil and gas company and one of Australia’s leading fast-food holding companies.

She advises across the leasing lifecycle, from new leases and agreements for lease to fitout arrangements, incentive deeds, variations, assignments, renewals and make-good obligations. She drafts and advises on leases, licences and other forms of tenure for telecommunications sites.

Joanne combines a focus on telecommunications property with broad leasing and property transaction experience. She brings experience in both individual matters and high-volume national leasing platform capability, acting for landlords and tenants.
