Biography
Lachlan's practice covers workers compensation and common law claims, statutory benefits disputes, public liability matters and self-insurance strategy. He manages dependency claims and judicial review proceedings, and advises self-insured companies on WorkCover premiums, penalties and claims management strategy.
His caseload spans the full personal injury portfolio, from physical and psychiatric injuries through to complex dependency claims and multi-party proceedings. The matters he carries demand both technical precision and sensitivity, particularly in dependency and judicial review work, where the stakes for clients are highest.
Lachlan holds a twin specialism in dependency claims and judicial review, combining capability across the most sensitive matters in the personal injury portfolio with command of the most technically demanding.
