Sofie brings more than 20 years' experience across finance, operations, property and business management, including direct experience in mortgagee in possession and property realisation work. She understands complex property matters and the pressure on the lenders, trustees and insolvency practitioners who manage them, and she works to take that pressure off.

Sofie oversees finance, administration, operations and technology across the business. For clients, that means accurate accounts, reliable reporting, sound risk and compliance processes, and systems that make their portfolio easy to see and manage.

Her accounting and commercial background gives her a practical, solutions-focused approach. When a matter gets complicated, she finds the way through and keeps it moving.
